Vipin Menon

Vipin Menon is a postdoctoral research fellow at Children’s National Medical Center. He is interested in developing AI tools for analyzing large-scale sequencing data pertaining to CRISPR screens and scRNA-seq that could be utilized to assess features responsible for influencing biological events. Vipin obtained his Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics from Hanyang University in South Korea. He analyzed the CRISPR dataset to identify and understand the biological mechanism influencing the editing efficiency of the Cas9 system.
